	Doug has been the senior pastor of Redwood Park Church for over fifteen years, and has enjoyed watching our church family grow from two hundred to around a thousand people. Doug is married to his wife Jane,has three children: Meagan, Susan and Graeme, a couple of boarders, as well as a black lab named, Sabu. Meal times at the Doyle household are always a party, but you might want to ask what it is you’re eating – as sometimes he enjoys a hike with a good friend and a gun in the beauty of the Northwestern Ontario bush.

	Nathan is married to Carrie and they have two sons. Keilan and Caleb keep them both hopping helping Nathan to stay in shape. When he’s not at Redwood, Nathan enjoys watching C.S.I., playing video games,anything with coffee in it, or diving into the snow bank in his bathing suit after a good sauna.

	Randy is married to Kanchana and together they have two sons,Ravi and Daniel. Randy is a big fan of all things technological but above all loves to use technology to create a dynamic and intimate experience for those coming to worship at Redwood. When not at Redwood,Randy enjoys watching his favorite TV shows with his family and experimenting with flying.

	Henry can be seen being tackled by JK/SK kids and hanging with FLIPT students all in the same week. Henry, his wife Erin and their four kids (Jeremiah, Elia, Anneliese and Maxson) are from the west coast of the US where Henry first experienced his conversion...from PC to MAC. If you ask him, he just might try and help you see the Apple at the end of the tunnel. Henry's got a huge passion to connect and partner with parents to help them develop fully alive families. When not at Redwood Henry can usually be found sneaking into a kids movie for 'ministry research'.

Pastor of Children's Ministry

	Jay loves working with and building teams of volunteers who share his passion for seeing people discover their God-given abilities and gifts, and seeing those gifts put into action. Depending on the amount of snow on the ground, you may find Jay either riding his bike, or snowshoeing into work. In his spare time, you may find Jay working on a graduate degree in Christian Studies, wandering in the bush with his family, or flying one of his remote control helicopters. Jay's two favourite gals in the whole world are his wife Rebecca and daughter Darla.

	Gerry and wife Fran have been around the Redwood scene for 40 years. We moved here from Saskatoon for work leaving behind the Saskatchewan Roughrider football team and my Mennonite background. I am a pharmacist and a graduate of Briercrest Bible Institute with a pastoral theology degree. We have 6 children and 16 grandchildren and counting. I have a passion for missions and serving the Lord where needed. I enjoy travel, hockey, golf and compassionate ministries.

	Jarret's a loyal Leafs fan, was captain of his high school football team, and is one of our regular worship leaders for Sunday morning services and our Plunge service.When not at Redwood setting up the auditorium stage, picking worship sets, or standing behind the sound board, Jarret can be found hanging out with his fiance Kim or playing playing Halo 3.

	Nick Larsen was born in British Columbia and moved to Thunder Bay several years ago. He is a graduate of Fort William Collegiate Institute and will be pursuing his studies through Briercrest. When Nick is not at the church he enjoys watching movies and can usually be found at home playing Guitar Hero with his wife Jessie. He enjoys long walks on the beach and talking about his feelings

	Ben is currently on his internship through Ambrose University College (formerly CBC) which is part of his Bachelor of Ministry degree. Ben loves music, more specifically Rock music, even more specifically the Rock music of Our Lady Peace. Ben has a dream of one day being able to go see U2 live in concert and is willing to accept donations to fund this dream.

	Steve has just recently graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelor of Music in Orchestral Performance with his principal instrument being flute. His interests are in most things musical and enjoys a wide variety of musical genres, but will always favour all tunes Irish. Steve also enjoys taking walks on beaches, but Thunder Bay is too cold to be doing that sort of thing.

	Gini loves people, and as the church secretary she has the awesome privilege of meeting many new faces every day. She has a passion for the arts, and facilitating small groups. Other than working at the church, she’s involved in worship at Redwood. She loves to just visit with people, go for walks, go fishing, go out for dinner, or have people over, watch movies and she pretty much knows all the Seinfeld episodes verbatim.

	Annika has come on board to help unbury Nathan, our student ministries pastor. Annika is married to James and together they are raising a beautiful girl. In between all of her travels and trips abroad with a drama group and school in Finland, Annika has managed to pick up surfing right here on our own Lake Superior. But that may have something to do with the fact that she’s a pure blooded crazy Finn!

	Mary and her husband Bill have two children: Wilson and Kate. Mary enjoys an afternoon spent shopping, or an afternoon making sure the rest of the staff don't enjoy shopping too much. Around the office Mary is affectionately known as our own resident CFO.

	Bob is from the gentle Island of Prince Edward. He is a recent graduate of a one year Certificate Program in Outdoor Adventure Leadership from Prairie Bible College and also pursued Studies at Kuyper College. Bob loves anything outdoors including mountain biking, camping, snowboarding and hiking. He also enjoys taking in the latest movies and discussing theology. Next time you’re at Redwood drop by his closet office and say hello…make sure to bring chocolate though.

	Matt is a lover of all genres of movies and music, and enjoys playing all sports especially football. Matt played Defensive end for Westgate and retired as a champ in 06. When he's not making videos around the church he can be found hanging out with his friends, or hitting the gym for a little workout.
