Welcome to Redwood Park Church Online … we hope that this site will serve you well in helping you to connect with the Redwood Park family and the various ministries and programs of our church community.
Redwood Park is all about connecting people from all walks of life to a life transforming relationship with God, within a community of fellow spiritual seekers and committed followers of Christ. We’re a church family where a spiritual seeker, someone who is starting to ask questions about what it might mean to be a Christ follower, can ask questions and investigate the Christian faith in a safe and welcoming environment. At the same time we’re home to a growing band of committed Christians are sinking the roots of their faith to ever greater depths. Together we are experiencing the love of God who is powerfully at work in us, building a church family that can influence and encourage the city of Thunder Bay, one life at a time.
We’re a community where folk of all ages team together to connect the next generation with the abundant life Jesus desires for us all. We’re seeking to be a great place where families of all descriptions can raise their children, in what at times can be a challenging world to grow up in. And no matter what age or stage of life you’re in, we have a network of life groups and programs that are designed to assist you in your life journey. We’re a place where authentic and enduring friendships are developed, that encourage us in our daily life.
Our desire is to be the kind of church described in the Bible with relevant teaching, passionate worship, honest friendships, constant prayer and compassionate care for those in need.

To be a church where spiritual seekers and committed believers encounter the living God and are forever changed.
We at Redwood Park Church have come to recognize that God has called us to a very specific ministry. This ministry is to reach irreligious people in our city who, for the most part, are unfamiliar with a traditional church setting, and lead them to faith and full devotion to Christ. At the same time we are leading committed Christian believers to grow deeper in their relationship with God.
This has meant adjusting the way we do church from simply meeting the needs of those who already believe, to developing worship services that are sensitive and inclusive of those who do not yet know Christ. This has meant becoming clearly contemporary and relevant in our communication and worship styles.
At Redwood Park Church, we provide a comfortable, non-threatening, accepting environment where spiritual seekers are given the opportunity to hear the message of Christ in a variety of contemporary, creative styles. Our approach to ministry equally facilitates the growth of committed believers through fresh encounters with the living Christ found in our various worship and teaching opportunities.
